To improve the security of your online banking accounts and transactions, CSB’s consumer online banking system will now require additional parameters to create a secure password. Beginning Saturday, November 5th, new passwords must adhere to the following requirements:

10-32 characters long
1 alpha character
1 numeric character

After you read this message, please take a moment on November 5th or soon after to change your online banking password, using the above requirements. This will prevent any interruptions with your online banking service - including Bill Pay.
